Everything you need to sign in and start watching — plus how to recover your details if you have lost them.
This is where you sign in. Open IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV or your Smart TV app, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and enter the three details from your activation email:
Your credentials were sent in your DigitaLine activation email. If you cannot find it, check your spam and promotions folders first — automated emails often land there.
Still nothing? Simply reply to your original order email from the same address you ordered with, and our team will resend your username, password and server URL — usually within minutes, 24/7.
If you have ordered but have no credentials yet, your activation may still be processing — see the activation page for timings and what to do if it stalls. Brand new? Choose a plan and you will have login details within minutes.
You log in inside your IPTV player using the Xtream Codes username, password and server URL from your DigitaLine activation email. There is no separate website login — those three details are all you need to start watching.
Yes. Reply to your original order or activation email and support will resend your credentials to the address on the account, usually within minutes.
Almost always a typo: credentials are case-sensitive, and copy-pasting sometimes adds a trailing space. Re-enter them carefully. If it still fails, your subscription may have expired — reply to your order email and support will check.
You can log in on any number of devices, but only the number of simultaneous streams in your plan can play at the same time (1, 2 or 3).
Yes. Renewing extends the same line, so your username and password never change.
Every player asks for the same three details — username, password and server URL — but each labels the screen slightly differently:
Check for typos before anything else. Credentials are case-sensitive, and pasting frequently adds an invisible trailing space — the single most common cause of a failed DigitaLine login. Type them manually once to rule it out.
Check the server URL includes the port. If your activation email shows a port number after the address, it must be entered exactly as given.
Check your subscription is still active. If it worked yesterday and fails today, the line may have expired. Reply to your order email and support will confirm the status.
Check you are not over your connection limit. If more devices are streaming than your plan allows, a new login can be refused. Close a stream on another device and try again.
Your username, password, server URL and M3U link are effectively a password to your subscription. Never post them in a forum, a Reddit thread or a support screenshot — anyone who has them can consume your connections. If you think they have been exposed, reply to your order email and support will reissue them.
